WE’RE FINALLY ON OUR WAY TO CHESAPEAKE BAY!

It seems like forever since Jeff and I have gotten to enjoy the fresh breezes from Oyster’s fly bridge. We have our wonderful water faring home again!

Join us in this latest video blog as we journey from the Wilmington, North Carolina area all the way to the quaint and totally charming town of St. Michaels. Maryland. This is certainly a wonderful little place to wait out any residual effects of Hurricane Erin.

Our next big passage is to head up to New York City Harbor where we get to celebrate the completion of our 7000+ mile journey of the America’s Great Loop. Woohoo 🥳!

But before that can happen, we first need to travel up the open coast of New Jersey – the inside passage tends to be too shallow in spots. This means that it’s imperative for us to time it for calm weather and seas. Translation? We’re staying safe and sound in Maryland and Delaware before making the big move!
